Won on a promotion and not getting paid
Cannot get paid winnings from an online game 2 days I have been trying to get hold of someone with no response. No help, this is ridiculous. So I went to Hollywood casino in Morgantown with my promotion and my confirmation And the management there had no recollection of my winnings online.I talked to hr.they sent me to financing left 2 messages with someone.there have not returned my phone calls.

I started using ESPNBET Sportsbook because they offer a decent amount of profit boosts and promotions. I have deposited close to 10K in a little less than a year and have gotten less than $20 in Penn Play credits.
I reached out to customer support and they said they had nothing to offer. I'm shocked that they care so little about their customers. Sports bettors would be better off playing on offshore casinos. Penn Entertainment doesn't value loyal everyday customers and it's clearly evident by the way they interact with you.
Customer support ends live chat before you even finish typing and they just copy and paste everything straight from the terms and conditions.
I'm incredibly disappointed to not even be able to get a $5 bonus bet or something. I wasn't looking for a whole lot, but since I have spent a lot of money, you would think that I would be able to possibly get a free hotel or a gift card once in a while.

I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE HOLLYWOOD CASINO, WHICH I DID AWHILE BACK I LOST MY HOME TO A FIRE, WITH IT, ALL THE W2G FORMS GIVEN TO ME I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THE CASINO VIA THE PHONE WITH NO RESPONSE FOR 1 WEEK, SO I WENT TO THE CASINO AT LEAST 7 TIMES AND WAS TOLD THE MARKETING PERSON WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I FINALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE AND FILLED OUT THE DOCUMENTATION FOR GETTING A COPY.
I WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE DOCUMENTS.
THIS I NOT ACCEPTABLE! A MULTI MILLION COMPANY AND YOU CANNOT DO BETTER THAN THIS! YOU ALREADY HAVE THE W2G ON FILE YOU HAD TO SEND THEM TO THE IRS. SO HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT AND MAIL!

Question about teir level and rollover points
I had rooms for Sunday-Saturday. Now I don't because points roll over.
Advantage teir does not roll over. Didn't have this problem last year for my birthday. For the weekend. They are also saying it's promotions not points.
Just trying to give me the run around I feel like. I thought you get promotions and points by how you play.
I need a room for july 19-21.

I waited for over 7 hours and spent nearly 2500 dollars to access my new years penn free slot play mystery reward. I watched other people access their reward at nearly 1 thousand dollars.
When I went to access mine along with some other people my promotion was not available. After we spoke with the penn promotional representative he said that they were giving the problem and to wait another hour to access it and that there would be additional compensation for the inconvenience. We all waited and still nothing. The penn representative said there was nothing they could do and to give the service representative our contact information and someone from penn customer support would reach out.
What a waste of time and money. I am inclined to believe that this huge inconvenience will be minimizeed on every level
